I don't feel like employers should have access to your background past 2 years unless the offense charged involves children or violence and then I think that should be limited to 5 years if no other offenses have occurred. Does...

bnelson It might have worked this time, but what about when your maybe older and really need the income and can't because our society is so unforgiving on issues?

Ex Husbands Nephew

My ex and I married while he was incarcerated, but we dated 2 years prior to him going to prison. After his release we never lived together as husband and wife. NEVER!! I have fallen in love with his nephew but never knew him...

bnelson That's what I was thinking too and we get along great. Plus he and his uncle are not even close, they haven't seen each other in 15 years, but my ex wanted to make me feel like crap. Thanks for your response
