i eat pasta alot, and alot of people say thats really unhealthy becuase it is a carbahydrate, is it really as bad as people say :s and if it is are there any alternatives of healthy ones.

i have a friend that is only 15, so she cannot get a job becuase everywhere will only employ 16 year olds. well she needs to get some money for a holiday, what ways are there for her to make money ?
