I know this person at work and I really do not know what to say, This person will buy the biggest block of cheese in the grocery store and sit there and eat the whole thing in a day!! I don't think this is healthy for you is it?...

brandawork I agree! Cheese is good but very fattening. An entire block of cheese is way too much to eat in one sitting. Even of it os reduced fat!
