Has anyone ever had Hawaain bread from Wal-Mart? Well, the stuff is stinkin' great. I may or may not have been having a discussion with my girlfriend at some point about how we should probably start eating more healthy foods...

imadriscoll I believe there is a thing called good carbs and bad carbs. I think that bread are better carbs then say CAKE. Moderation is key. I've never had the hawaain bread, think my husband would really like it though.
