brattaxi Did you pay with a credit card thru Paypal? If you did do a chargeback thru your credit card company, if not you can file mail fraud charges against the seller and also file a police report in his town.

brattaxi I think she should keep the wording the same just take out the part of not refunding shipping for a SNAD....because if the buyer did file with Paypal for a snad they would give the shipping back.
