I am not getting married because i am not capable of getting married. i am sick and tired and jobless and don't know what to do. man this world is so intresting, i love it, and yet, when you got the bad chocolate, tings get ugly...

I warded-off my hypertension problem by taking Vitamin C

I am on a dialysis, about 10 years now. I have no problem in controlling my BP. I am just taking Vitamin C, 500-100 mg of ascorbic acid a day, now I am hypertensive-free patient. I also eat fat but not those salty foods.
