Having trouble getting motivated this morning. Baby girl has appt at 4 for diaper rash I only have two ciggs and bf took the only lighter ?? So I tried meditation last night after a big fight right before bed and holy cow it...

LegTech Sorry, I know nothing about apps because my phone is not capable of downloading apps. I don't meditate. I just sleep when I feel stressed. By the time wake up, I can think clearly.
