How risky is the Atkins diet? And how do you go about doing it safely?

I really want to lose weight this summer, and have been recommended the Atkins diet on numerous occasions. I really want to try it but with all the bad media about it I am pretty dubious. Is it safe? Does it actually work?

Would Wicked work as a film? (Even if it was directed by Baz Lurhman....)

There have been many rumours about Wicked becoming a film, and also rumours about Baz Lurhman directing it. I don't see how it would work as film, especially after the success of the stage version. A lot of the moments on stage...
