maddysmommy Yes I try to not have soft drinks in our home, mostly water or juice. Now and then when we dine out I let my son have sprite and juice but most of the time its water juice or sometimes snapps ice tea in the fridge.

Feona1962 My son would drink alot of soda, but lately he has changed to iced tea...which is better for him..Hopefully he will go to water but at least he isn't drinking soda..

sweetmom3 In the summer i drink alot of water. I feel water is alot better for you then a soft drink is. I do drink a diet pepsi here and there. But mostly water. My kids love to drink water. Now my husband on the other hand drinks alot of mountain dew.
