Any ideas on preventing diaper rash?

My son gets the worst diaper rashes and they don´t go away for ages. They start off like a regular rash and eventually form sores that must really hurt. I´ve tried letting him run around without a diaper, using only water to wash...

bubblepad Hi i think the best way is to check regularly for the diaper wetness as when the toddler grown up the urine will tend to hurt their skin.Do apply the sore cream.My daughter using Dryper and she rarely have those soreness.Maybe u might want to change the diaper...
