buddii88 i use firework to do my animated image...your extension must be .gif ...try to google animated gif

buddii88 Chrome is still on this beta period, in my opinion we can not yet compare to Firefox ability to deliver as a browser, for now all we can do is to play with it and hope it meets our requirements.
