who among the fox river eight is your favorite? i like john abruzzi the best because he's a very intense character. he's rough and he's tight and very sarcastic. and he was hilarious... especially when he spread dirt on his bed...

i heard that people with hypertension who consumed tomato extract daily for 8 weeks experienced a 10-point drop in systolic blood pressure and a 4-point drop in diastolic pressure..what's the reason?is it true?

cameron_0032003 300's setting, cinematography, fighting scenes, story, characters were almost perfect.. xerxe's part was the only hanging part. gladiator had a good story and the character was awesome.. maybe i would pick 300..can't take my eyes out of the screen..
