My nose gets a red rash in this weather and i get spot's under the eyes. What is the best cream to use?

carlos06 My skin is always worse in winter and better in summer too..very strange..i'm using aloe vera cream at the more, so far so good.

carlos06 Thank you, I will try that! I've tried about 7 different cream's so far. It's a nightmare.
