Premature Babies

Is it true that premature babies will always be smaller in size? My youngest baby is premature (29 weeks) Now he is about 18 months. He seems kinda small althought he is very active.

caroline081982 I don't think thats true at all. Premature babies aren't as developed as babies the same age born full term which is why doctors use a corected age when judging development. Most doctors will tell you that prem babies will have usually caught up by the time...
