Report or Ignore?

Whenever I see a post that clearly violates the MyLot guidelines, I report it. For example, yesterday I seen a post that had nothing but gibberish. It was just a bunch of letters typed together, like this "jhsdlhdjshsd"....

I was just reading the guidelines on another post and one of the rules not to break was you are not allowed to use symbols for curse words. I did that twice I think and never got a mention or warning. I hope I don't get penalized...
