how did you do when you're getting mad?

sometimes we've felt mad not only for our self but also for the other people. How did you overcome your madness? Did you shout or calm?

Catherine99 Of course , we are not supposed to shout when you are mad . Usually ,quarrel only contributes to more understandings . So you had better control yourself . Be calm ! Have a good talk with he or she , maybe it will be beneficial to both sides
