cbar86 Yes, I stopped receiving emails when I closed my PandaResearch account. It may have taken a week or two, but they did stop.

cbar86 Thank you, I will give green tea a try. I try to avoid "Energy Drinks", as they tend to be loaded with sugar, or other ingredients that make you "crash", but I do keep a supply of straight Caffeine pills handy in a crunch.

cbar86 He doesn't have any real problems with driving, he is just inexperienced and lacks confidence. I will see if stressing the "freedom" aspect helps. He still lives with his mother, so this could really help. Thank you for your advice.
