I know, weird question but I just took a shower and realized that I love hot showers (really hot!) but sometimes a nice cold shower really does it for me! Which do you prefer? and Why?

patialvi its more almost everybody. summers = cold water and winters = hot water. i use the same. we had a great summers going on in my country (India). the temperature is around 48 degree and we can not think of having a shower with hot water(LOL)..

icesmile Hi, i like Swedish showers...are the best, i learn this when i was sportif, so, first, take a hot shower, and after just for 1 minute very cold shower...is so refreshing, and very good for skin, imunity to catch cold, is very revigorant, and make you feel good...

sirnose I prefer luke-warm showers most of the time the only time i'll take a cold shower is when we are having a heatwave.
