HAHAY!! Rotating brownouts here in mindanao is back again this coming april!

Up to 8 hours of rotating brownout EVERYDAY is expected to happen starting april and may last until november. What a !@#$@#$@# life! How will the economy improve if theres no enough power!?? Where are those stupid policy...

Its just simple, If our country is free of rebel factions, more foreign investments will enter because it is now "generall" safe.
