cedarlgp it seems that deep sleep is not easy for you to get.I suggest you do some exercises per day in the morning or at night,regular physical exercises may do good effect to your sleep.

cedarlgp A good habit! I like a nap too in the noon if I have not enough time to have a good sleep.and a nap is similar to an operating machine stop a short time to avoid over-heat and keep good condition to continue its next tusks.
