what do you do

I was thinking that when I can't sleep I watch tv until I get bored they gave me sleeping pills to help me rest but that does not help I guess it's like I am imnue to alot of meds.

cfzjsx2003 I'm afraid that watching tv before going to bed is more difficult for you to go to sleep.Even if you would have been sleepy,dreams and nightmares go through your mind one by one. So you'd better have some milk or have a small excise,ect.
