i have been in this job for about a month. our company is deal with satellite receiver,and sell it to other countries. i find it a bit difficult to introduce the product to others . Because i didn't know about this product before....

I am chinese, i like chatting.but when i chat in english ,sometimes i find it difficult to find good topic to chat with others. do you have the same problem? or do you have any methods to solve it ?
