Do you punish your kids?

I am mother of a 4 year old boy.He is not so naughty.The problem is with me.I loose my patience every now and then and shout.I feel guilty after that. I do love him very much and i don't want to be like this.Will he start hating...

chaihu I am mother of a six year old girl.I think she have started hating me.because i ofen tell her growl.i do not think do that.but i can think no better way to punish.
