marijuana plant, what to do

I just found a marijuana plant growing in my mulch. I am assuming that someone dropped a seed that was at my daughter's party. I am not sure what to do with it though. Can i have some suggestions for how to handle this situation...

Most paying websites I have been on only pay once I gain a certain amount. It usually takes aleast a month to gain the required money or points, however. I just would like to be able to gain money immediately so I could spend it...
