I have ever since i was a wee lass. Last night i was grinding my teeth in my sleep so bad i was having dreams that my teeth fell out and were shattering. It really sucked. I used to have this little plastic thing i wore to help...

charm_kyo0t well my younger sister used to do this thing when she is asleep. they said that it's bad. also they said that when a person does this, he/she will be or is a rebellious person. the only thing that is better to do is to stop the person from grinding his/her...
