how to lose weight?

hi i am 6 feet tall male and weigh around a 100 kg.I don't feel like working out as there is no nice gym in my neighbourhood.Eventhough i have put some restrictions on my diet i'm yet to see any effects of it....pls give some tips...

sri_balu 1.avoid oily foods 2.avoid foods that are too sweet and have more calory.. 3.do some exercises at home(like "leg raising")for 20 min a day.. 4.avoid cheese and butter. if you want details on some exercises pl do ask me..

ihsanul_aniq Then i will suggest for you try german language. In germany, the market for your courses is high, then grab the opportunity. Usually we master two languages right, but if you have more tahn two it will be your advantage.
