why don't my parrots breed??

I have a pair of budgerigars.I have feed them about 4 years.but they never breed copulate or breed any baby. Who can tell me what is the reason??and how can I let them to copulate and breed babies ??

cherry880813 I am sure that one of them is a female and the other one is masculine~~ they are not the breeder type???oh no~~I hope they can breed some babies so much~!!

what kind of character you think is the most important for friend?

I think to be a good friends should be brave~To give friends some advids sometimes really need courage.Today I have done such a thing~but my friend seems didn't understand~~
