what do you do if you hear or see a ghost?

me I would try to take pictures get voice recording and just watch to see what they would do

chihirochi i dont know what to do -___- maybe just silent and can't breath?? some ppl who ever see ghost or got some experience,will say like this,if u see ghost u will can't do anything,can't breath,and can't move .

I keep trying but it seems like I'm coming off a drug and start going crazy and I start getting sick!I wish I could quit but it is so hard!
