chineduojohn frist before that valentines day take her out, to a place where you guys can have fun, then on the next day give her a rose flower then tell her you love her dearly and that this flower is to show her how much you love her ok.

Rape - what should be the punishment

I know over here in England, the government are looking at changing the punishments for rape. Leas than 10% of rapes are actually reported, this is due to over 85% of rape trails are failed to be seen as rape, as the judge sees...
