Do you think it's bad to eat before you go to bed?

I know some peoples think that eathing before you go to bed is bad for you,either it make you fat or give you nightmare,my mom use to said that if i eat cucumber before i go to bed i would have bad dreams...Never happen.I do eat...

chinesesnail i eat before i go to bed, such as ham, bread, and milk. i don't think it's bad to eat before bed. i never gain weight because of this. so i don't care.
