chingbeem That is a very nice place to reside actually,we live by the sea too...a resort actually, I used to go to rivers when I was younger and I like the fresh water shrimps...much better than fish for my taste buds...enjoy life there...

chingbeem I really wish I could say-I love fish! my sons favorite is deep fried catfish. there is a place here where one could order catfish cooked in different ways...I just end up as an audience to them eating...happy eating

chingbeem well,I think,one would really feel healthy taking only fish and veggies-I eat veggies a lot...no problem with that,thank goodness...I didnt know bariles (tuna)is bloody (duguon)my husband and son like bariles.also barilison (yellow fin tuna)its very cheap...

chingbeem I can stand fillet once in a while,as long as its crispy and with a really nice sauce like honey mustard or creamof tartar...other than that,Id take breaded pork instead.LOL...hapi eating
