chinitz I agree. Living in reality and dealing every day a complex life doesn't mean we have to neglect ourselves from pampering to boost ourselves physically and mentally. That's why we have to enjoy life in our own ways.

chinitz Yes that is a good way to de-stress your self, having a food indulgence and having a good sleep to "recharge your batteries" again.
