Is Finding A Job Difficult Once You are 40 or above?

I always have this worry that I won't find another job because I'm turning 40. And that is what is keeping me from my current job even though I want to quit. Does my fear have a basis?

Today means of transport make things easier

If today there will be know cars,trains and airplanes what will you use to transport goods or travel from one country to another.
