Chrisandro thanks! I'm not familiar with those terms, something that professionals used, the bigger ones with lens but not those who uses films, only digital for me to have unlimited shoots.

Chrisandro i agree, water does really help, especially when you drink first before you have your meal. i think a glass of juice is also good.
