My spouse snores. It often keeps me awake. They have only begun snoring in the past year or so and it has really gotten a lot worse in the past six months. Doesn't matter what position they lie in - back, side, even stomach!...

ChristopherK There are exercises that are especially made for people who snore. They tone up the muscles in the throat. It might not seem like it makes sense but it's a fact that professional singers seldom ever snore. (Because their throat muscles are in good shape.)
