Education in third world countries

What do you think about education in third world countries? Its known that most of the third world countries dont have a good educational system. But what is the main cause? Corruption? Bad government? Inneficient money...

chukymoris the education in the third world countries, is mainly caused by bad government and corruption which the government should look into that case to help the poor masses, so that they will enjoy the benifit of their labour for being a good citiens of the county.
