churchto I drink mostly coffee. Not too much water. I heard that the water bottling companies are the ones who promote 8oz per day.

Change shampoo?

Are you supposed to change your shampoo once in awhile? I thought I heard that somewhere. I was using redkin forever and then switched to dove and I bought that at costco so there was a ton and I've been using it close to a year!...

churchto I heard that shampoo is bad for your hair. It is a detergent that strips the oils out. You must use a conditioner afterward to replace what was taken out by the shampoo.
