breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day,but in daily life,many people maybe busy or other reason,they can not eat breakfast everyday,do you have breakfast everyday ?

cindy197912 yes,you are right,breakfast in one of the most important meals of the day.......in our daily life,even we are so busy but we also should insist on eat our breakfast,i agree with your opinion..........

cindy197912 yes,it is true,sometimes we are really so busy no enough time eat breakfast,but i insist on eat my breakfast........sometime i am really so busy,but i can buy some breakfast eat on the way..........have a nice day.

cindy197912 i like nature life,i like fresh vegetable and flower,planting fresh vegetable in own home yard is so good idea,but in city,it is only one beautiful dream.i hope in the future we can real plant vegetable in city.......

I am looking forward to whitenning my arms.I have tried many ways,but their complexion still haven't changed back since I finished my military training.It is so strange that my arms provide a sharp contrast to my other body...

cindy197912 yes,you are right,i agree with your opinion...........many kinds of vegetable can improve human skin........some book tell us fresh cucumber can improve our skin and whitenning our skin..........
