Help...My Baby have difficulty going to sleep during Night!

It is not my first time to have a baby.I know not all children are alike.You see, I have this issue of making my four month old child going to sleep during night time.I am not sure what makes him fret so much when going to sleep...

mcjeannie Is that safe during night time...I am worried he'll catch some colds as I didn't let him get used to it.I only bath him daytime.Enlighten me on this!
