baggy clothes

can someone please explain to me the purpose of wearing clothes that are about 5 sizes tooooo big or wearing pants that sag down so far that everyone can see your underwear. i just dont understand.

click4profit I don't really mind it they are a little baggy but the whole showing of the underwear thing drives me crazy. There have been times I would just love to run up behind one of these individuals and give a little tug (because that's all it would take) and watch...
