Wipe Free Space- CCleaner

Hi, I saw a wipe free space option in my CCleaner Application and was wondering what it is for? Anyone here have any idea what this is for and will this be helpful for my laptop?

Uncle Jay, Finding More Value in Your Machine @clouds0327 You should probably 'save' the "Wipe Free Space" for maybe once a month (or once a week, depending on how much stuff you erase).

I am. This is one of my self motivation. I imagine of a lot of things and that pushes me to strive more to get it. I usually dream about being in my dream house not so big and not too small, hotel like vicinity-airconditioned,...
