how many cup of tea u take in a day?

friends i have a simple question that how many cup of tea, u take in a day?? or u dont take tea... my answer is 2.. and sometimes 3.. and why do u take it? do u feel tired without it..? well i feel sleepy without taking it in...

cmamor hi, regarding drinking tea in a day, i normally drink tea every after eating, to be specific i like green tea, for me green tea helps in boosting my immune system and hopefully assist in weight loss, i feel alive and active when i drink my tea, i mean my day...

The community you live is it safe?

There were no utterly safe environment, but we have just want our family and everyone else to be safe in the community where we reside. In the recent years, the community, or the county where I reside, there were crimes rising...

cmamor indeed our place now is very safe..we're in a subdivision which is far from the city and the environment is very quiet and peaceful...it is safe from pollution and one can breathe fresh air. i really like it here, its far from chaos and noise. i love this...
