what should I do getting sleepy in work hours?

It's summer now,and the weather become warm.I always feel sleepy in the afternoon,but I can't fall asleep in work hours.I feel so terrible for it, and how about you guys?

coco_ynt It's really in effect that eating some socks or talk with my officemates to keep the asleep aspiration away.Great idea!I become more busy than befor.^_^

coco_ynt I'm used to see my husband once a month or after longer time because he is working in another city.But I really don't like the life status and hope to live wiht him together and have lunch everyday.
