I went to the Washington Mutual bank and one of the ATM machines did not work. I punched in my pin number and requested $140 USA dollars and the machine would not deliver the cash. So I went to another ATM, same bank and tried...

cojazz OMG! This is so ironic. Just today I've been pleading my case to the bank and my card issuer (it's an unemployment Mastercard). This morning I went to the ATM to get money to pay my power bill. I know there was $153.00 on the card but i only needed $140.00....
