I don't know any such.But I am very eager to learn karate or any other exercises which will be very helpful for me protect myself from the thieves or any other people who try to attack the people.I have seen those only in movies...

colyo222 lol i can't go to compatitions because i do illegal moves i dont try to its just habit. I have gone to bokken/staff/fencing/ect. compatitions. i might beat a few pplbut i dont win.
