I went to the grocery store and had a list of items that I was going to buy. I usually shop around about the 12th of every month. I go in and see everything I want and thinking: how I would like to fix me a big juicy hamburger....

constancenunn thank you for commenting I'll start doing that. ha! making a list and keep it, I just went snack crazy. I use coupons a lot of times to help save on groceries i do pretty good, when I'm not over spending. have a blessed day!

constancenunn thank you for commenting. What is water theraphy? I don't have a severe illness or nothing. It was just temperaly but, what are good herbs? I mostly take omega 3 vitmins and vitamin D. I get nausea drinking herb tea sometimes.
