coolynch78 creating a new dish is very exciting indeed! It really gives me some surge of adrenaline and if it turns out great, i really feel some accomplishment. But if you really want to be in the safe side, why not try kitchen tested recipes.

coolynch78 my husband is very picky too believe me! but you know what I show him the recipe that i am going to try and get his approval first! if he thinks the recipe will turn out delicious, then i will try it.

coolynch78 yeah you are absolutely right. You just have to learn the principles of cooking and be on your own from there. I think cooking is a lot easier than baking which calls for an accurate measurement of ingredients or else yourcake will not rise!
