i will share to you my experienced last August 12,2012.. i just labored a baby girl. and im so happy cause i thought i couldn't made it.. it's very painful, i couldn't walked that time.. the people surrounded me was very rushed....

yes it's true.. it works your whole body yet it's gentle on your joints, reducing the risk of injury. so go on swimming if you like water, and if you want to lose weight..

finally we've moved out to our old house.. and live in our new house. make some arrangement in my new bed and for the upcoming baby of mine.. ^_^ . but we are currently adjusting to our new neighborhood. can you give some advice...

have you tried a natural lip and cheek tint, using a powdered juice mixed with petroleum jelly? mixed this 2 ingre. and after that, you put it into your mouth and cheek..

this morning my mama taught me how to cook a soup. so easy the steps to cook the soup. and the taste is good. she taught me to cooked because i'am now a mother. soon to have a husband to be.. so i have to learn to cook.. ^_^

some people hated chocolate, but then, a few hours after we talked, they bought chocolate cause they are stress and they have headache.hhmm... why is that?

i want to eat ice cream now. im craving for eat! but the dr. wont allow me because the baby in my tummy will get fat.. is there any food just like an ice cream? cold, sweet, and tasty and yummy?
