I found out about it through my friends. They've been trying to convince me for years to join and I finally did. It made it easier to keep in contact with old friends as well as meet new ones.

i will share to you my experienced last August 12,2012.. i just labored a baby girl. and im so happy cause i thought i couldn't made it.. it's very painful, i couldn't walked that time.. the people surrounded me was very rushed....

yes it's true.. it works your whole body yet it's gentle on your joints, reducing the risk of injury. so go on swimming if you like water, and if you want to lose weight..

corinai28 try to take a timeout.. counting from 1 to 10 before reacting to a tense situation. take a few moments to breathe normally can slow down or can help defuse your temper. take a break from the person or situation until your frustration subsides a bit..
