I am a new mom and am thinking of transferring to a job with higher pay. However, I am confused as to whether it is the right time to change jobs/careers since I am a new mom, my baby needs more time from me and getting a new job...

Like the song goes... I know there's no easy way to break somebody's heart. but how do you guys do it? What's the easiest or the best way to break out from a relationship knowing that you can cause your partner pain and suffering....
